The non-certified Heirloom Birth Certificate is attractively printed in blue and gold on 11' x 17' parchment, hand-signed, and suitable for framing. Available for events that occurred in the State of Massachusetts from 1916 to 1/1/2009. Processing time may require an additional 7-10 business days.
