The City of Dallas Bureau of Vital Statistics (Dallas Vital Records) issues certified copies of Dallas birth certificates and Dallas death certificates, as well as birth certificates and death certificates for events which occurred anywhere in the state of Texas. You may order a birth or death certificate for those born anywhere in the state of Texas from 1926 to present. Marriage and divorce records are maintained in the County Clerk's office where the marriage or divorce occured.
