Louisiana Vital Records Registry (Louisiana Vital Records) issues certified copies of Louisiana birth certificates and Louisiana death certificates for events that occurred within the State of Louisiana, and Louisiana marriage records for marriage licenses that were purchased in Orleans Parish.
