The Fresno County Recorder (Fresno County Vital Records) issues Authorized and Informational copies of Fresno County birth certificates, Fresno County death certificates, and Certified public Fresno County marriage records (for public marriage licenses that were issued in Fresno County). This document is primarily used for genealogy and cannot be used for legal purposes.
