HENNEPIN COUNTY VITAL RECORDS
The Hennepin County Division of Vital Records (Hennepin County Vital Records) issues certified copies of Hennepin County birth certificates, Hennepin County death certificates, and Hennepin County marriage records, for events which occurred within Hennepin County. Statewide birth certificates are available from 1935 to present and statewide death certificates are available from 1997. The authorization form provided at the end of the online order process must be signed by both the applicant and a Notary Public.
