The City of Laredo (Laredo Vital Records) issues certified copies Laredo birth certificates and Laredo death certificates for events which occurred anywhere in the state of Texas. Marriage Records and Divorce Records are maintained in the County Clerk's office where the marriage or divorce occurred.
