Who Can Order?
You may order copies of Mississippi marriage records for yourself or for an immediate family member (parent, spouse, adult child, grandparent). Where Can The Document Be Shipped?
Mississippi Vital Records will only ship copies of Mississippi marriage records to the entitled applicant's home or work address. Please note that express couriers will not ship to a P.O. Box.

MARRIAGEA certified copy of the Certificate of Marriage. This is not a copy of the marriage license. Marriage records are available for events that occurred in the State of Mississippi from January 1, 1938 to June 1, 1938 and from January 1, 1942 to present. Records from July 1938 to December 1941 are available from the Circuit Court Clerk in the county where the marriage license was issued.
