The Arizona Office of Vital Records (Arizona Vital Records) issues copies of Arizona vital records including certified copies of Arizona birth certificates and Arizona death certificates for events that occurred within the State of Arizona. Arizona marriage records and Arizona divorce records are maintained in the county where the marriage or divorce occurred.
