Death Without Cause
A certified photocopy of the original record with the embossed Seal of Florida. This certificate is accepted by all state and federal agencies. It can typically be used to obtain death benefits, claim insurance proceeds, notify social security and other legal purposes. Death Certificates are available for events that occurred within the State of Florida from 1877 to present.

Birth - Computer Copy
A certified computer generated copy of the original record with the embossed Seal of Florida. This certificate is accepted by all state and federal agencies as legal proof of birth and citizenship. It can typically be used for travel, passport, proof of citizenship, social security, driver's license, school registration, personal identification and other legal purposes. The computer copy is available for events that occurred in the State of Florida from 1930 to present.

Birth - Book Copy
A certified photocopy of the original record with the embossed Seal of Florida. This certificate is accepted by all state and federal agencies as legal proof of birth and citizenship. It can typically be used for proof of parentage, travel, passport, proof of citizenship, social security, driver's license, school registration, personal identification and other legal purposes. The book copy is available for events that occurred in the State of Florida from 1865 to present.

Divorce
A certified copy of the Certificate of Divorce. This is not a copy of the divorce decree. Divorce records are available for events that occurred within the State of Florida from June 1, 1927 to present. For prior events or to obtain a copy of the final decree, you will need to contact the Circuit Court Clerk in the county where the event occurred.

A certified photocopy of the original record, which includes cause of death information, with the embossed Seal of Florida. This certificate is accepted by all state and federal agencies. Death Certificates are available for events that occurred within the State of Florida from 1877 to present.

Marriage
A certified copy of the Certificate of Marriage. This is not a copy of the marriage license. Marriage records are available for events that occurred within the State of Florida from June 1, 1927 to present.
