The Nevada Division of Vital Records (Nevada Vital Records) issues certified copies of Nevada birth certificates and Nevada death certificates, for events which occurred within the State of Nevada. County Recorders only may issue copies of Nevada marriage records. County Clerks only may issue copies of Nevada divorce records.
