SUTTER COUNTY VITAL RECORDS
The Sutter County Recorder issues Authorized and Informational copies of Sutter County vital records including Sutter County birth certificates, Sutter County death certificates, and Certified Sutter County marriage records (for marriage licenses that were issued in Sutter County).

Sutter County Recorder issues certified copies of Sutter County marriage records of individuals who were issued a marriage license within Sutter County. If you were married with a confidential marriage license please contact the recorder's office for instructions on ordering.
Who Can Order?
