MICHIGAN VITAL RECORDS
Michigan Department of Community Health, Division of Vital Records (Michigan Vital Records) issues certified copies of Michigan birth certificates, Michigan death certificates, Michigan marriage certificates and Michigan divorce certificates for events that occurred within the State of Michigan. Affidavit of Parentage records filed in the Central Paternity Registry since June 1, 1997, are also available online. You may order copies of Michigan Vital Records through VitalChek on an expedited basis. Michigan Vital Records charges a $12.00 RUSH fee for each online order, in addition to VitalChek's $11.50 credit card handling charge.
