OREGON VITAL RECORDS
The Oregon Division of Vital Records (Oregon Vital Records) issues certified copies of Oregon birth certificates, Oregon death certificates, Oregon marriage records and Oregon divorce records for events that occurred in the State of Oregon. You may order copies of Oregon vital records through VitalChek on an expedited basis.
Oregon Vital Records requires all applicants to submit a copy of their government issued photo identification. Appropriate forms will be provided at the end of the order process.

OREGON MARRIAGE RECORDS
Oregon Vital Records issues certified copies of Oregon marriage records that can typically be used as proof of marriage and other legal purposes.
Who Can Order?
Access to copies of Oregon marriage records (for events that occurred within the last 50 years) is restricted to family members and their legal representatives, persons or organizations with a personal or property right and government agencies. When ordering a marriage, marriage or divorce record, you must state your relationship to the decedent, or your reason for needing the record. If you are a legal representative of a family member, include whom you represent and how they are related to the person named on the record. If you have a personal or property right, explain why you need the record. If you are not eligible to order the record, please include a permission note with the notarized signature of an eligible person. Entitlement documentation will need to be faxed directly to Oregon Vital Records upon completion of your online order.
Certificates of Domestic Partnership may be requested by a domestic partner or family member.
